Heating Oils & Chemicals

Even in moderate climates, chemicals and oils must be heated in order to achieve proper viscosity.  If you work in the food or chemical industry you know what I’m talking about.  Even a 10 degree +/- can throw everything off and delay projects for days and weeks.  I’ve worked with clients who in order to heat their barrels and drums create a hot room where barrels are stored and the room is heated to 90-100 degrees F.  Their energy bill was enormous not to say anything about how ineffective the method was for warming their drum contents to spec.  When I introduced the Powerblanket to them they scoffed.  How could something so simple and inexpensive possibly solve their problem?  After 24 hours they were hooked.  No more ridiculous energy bills.
